Is the service insured?
Sure, your luggage is insured up to 500,00 € in case of loss. In case of damage to trolley’s handles or zips caused by our staff, it will be our care to substitute immediately your suitcase for another one new available in our storages.
Is the service safe?
Absolutely yes, in our statistics the effect of disservice is very close to 0%. In 2014 our Cooperativa and its partners in the territory handled more than 5 million bags, with a percentage of delayed deliveries and damaged luggage of 0,6% and of 0,0% of lost luggage. All the operators working for Easy Luggage wear an identification badge and your luggage is traceable every time you want.
What should I do if I have any problems to reach the luggage delivery point (railway station, airport)?

Is the service available only for individuals or also for groups?
The service is obviously available also for great groups; in this case it is warmly recommended to make a reservation before in order to arrange enough staff and equipment for the quantity of bags we have to handle with.
